**The Role**:
Reporting to the Members Services Manager, your main duties will involve coaching, developing, motivating and
**inspiring** a small team ambitious and
**passionate** member consultants to achieve company performance goals and accomplish
**incredible customer outcomes** with every interaction. A couple of big focuses of this position will include process improvement and workflow management.
