Job Summary

* As a key leader, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our clients Recordkeeping and Information Management Framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain a reliable information management system to ensure data integrity, accurate reporting, compliance, and effective decision-making.
* Leverage technological advancements to optimize recordkeeping processes, ensuring security, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
* Drive data analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights, improving transparency and accountability.
* Oversee the lifecycle management of records, embedding best practices in digital preservation, secure storage, and accessibility, while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
* Lead strategic projects to enhance the automation and integration of corporate information systems and provide expert guidance on compliance obligations and best practices.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving system enhancements, adopting emerging industry trends, and ensuring information management practices remain agile and adaptable to future needs.
Requirements
* Diploma in information management, business administration, or a related field, or demonstrated industry experience, with a minimum of five years in records/information management roles.
* Strong knowledge of legislative frameworks governing information management and proven ability to drive organizational change in recordkeeping and data governance.
* Experience in compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills for business needs and system enhancements.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication abilities.
* Possession of a Current C Class Driver's License and a current National Police Certificate, or the ability to obtain one.
Benefits
* This is an initial 6-month temp contract, with the potential to transition into a fixed term contract and run through until August 2027.
