Description The Opportunity To support the continued growth of our Corporate practice in Australia, we have a rare opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our team in Melbourne. You will take a leading role on domestic and cross-border transactions working for some of the world’s most prominent businesses, advising clients on M&A (both private and public), private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. You will be an important contributor to the success of the Corporate team, working closely with Partners across the global firm on key client mandates and our sector priorities, through which you will be encouraged and supported to continue to develop your own client relationships and build your network. Candidate Profile At Pinsent Masons we do things a bit differently and look for high-performers who are not afraid to try new things and question the status quo.
