About the Position:
The Government department is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team for a temporary assignment. As a Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to design and deliver improvements that enhance client experience.
* Produce reports analyzing data and statistical results.
* Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor performance outcomes.
* Develop business functional requirements and resources consistent with contractual and policy environments.
* Translate business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements.
* Design and deliver workshops, communication, and consultation resources supporting complex systems and information gathering.
* Establish governance and compliance processes, dashboards, and management systems to track branch and divisional performance against plans and targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
* Experience with Customer Records Management Systems, including Salesforce.
* Experience developing and testing on-screen guidance.
* Experience developing and testing automated correspondence.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
