The WA Business Administration Team is a dynamic, high-performing group of administration professionals providing commercial, administrative and project support services across multiple disciplines and teams.
Based in Arup's sustainably designed award-winning Perth office in Brookfield Place, you will be a part of the Business Administration Team locally with a dotted line to the regional Document Control Manager, forming part of the APAC team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work regionally with a supportive team based in Perth, where you will typically enjoy core working hours without the need for long days.

The Opportunity
With a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a multi-discipline project environment, you will have the opportunity to extend your career by working on various large and small projects in collaboration with key clients.
You will work autonomously, bringing your expertise to help enhance project delivery using Arup's automation tools.
Collaborate with Project delivery teams to create efficiencies.
Become a key member of the Regional Document Control team, helping enhance new initiatives and efficiencies.
Bring your attention to detail by enhancing the quality and accuracy of reports, drawings, technical memos, and specifications before submission to clients.
Is this role right for you?
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
Confidently promote document control skills to project managers.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including dealing with difficult situations calmly.
Provide/quickly resolve document control challenges.
Commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, service and confidentiality to internal and external customers.
Highly organised, efficient and committed to meeting deadlines.
