Aquatic Operations Coordinator Opportunity
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and guide teams in a hands-on role that focuses on safety, supervision, risk management, facility maintenance, and operations at our aquatic centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and coaching to teams
* Assist Venue Managers in day-to-day operations of multiple seasonal pools
* Focus on safety, supervision, risk management, facility maintenance, and operations
To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership experience, excellent verbal communication skills, an understanding of OHS and public safety applications, and current certifications in First Aid, CPR, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, Pool Lifeguard, and Pool Operations. Previous experience in a comparable role is also highly desirable.
