Job Description With rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Bendigo, Colliers is on the look out for an experienced and proactive sales expert to work alongside our expanding team based in Bendigo.
This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.
What you can expect: Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areas Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers Negotiating property transactions from start to finish Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property Cultivate & nurture strong relationships with key
