**About the Role**
Just Jeans has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Store Manager** to join the team at our **BELLERIVE**store in Eastland Shopping Centre, Rosny Park - Tasmania** Lead and inspire your team in the hub of denim and provide exceptional service to our customers.
This is a **Full Time Store Manager** position requiring availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.
**A Day in the Life**
- Lead your team to achieve sales and KPIs, creating a customer-centric culture.
- Curate denim outfits and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
- Coach, train, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
- Oversee stock management, minimise stock loss, and optimise sales.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to keep the store looking fresh.
- Efficiently roster the team in line with store demands and sales goals.

- Proven leadership experience in retail, with a track record of driving sales.
