We want our people to be financially rewarded; to feel good and to go beyond what they thought possible at work.Be you, and we’ll be better together.To find out more about our great employee benefits and what it’s like to be part of the team, reach out to our friendly talent acquisition team.What you’ll be doingAs the Senior Marketing Officer within the Army brand team, you will be part of an industry leading, award-winning marketing team responsible for the development and implementation of national campaigns across a range of media environments designed to attract future Defence capability.As part of a team of passionate marketers you will be responsible for managing marketing projects, from large-scale integrated campaigns through to more tactical executions.You will work closely with the Brand Lead to develop and execute market leading communications that drive long term brand health, whilst employing strategies and tactics to meet short term operational recruitment requirements.You will work with renowned creative, digital, research and media agencies, large budgets and get the exciting opportunity to travel different parts of Australia as well as enjoy unique experiences working with serving defence personnel.You will:Support marketing campaigns and projects as directed by the Brand Lead, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and meet the requirements of the ADF and services.Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, external stakeholders and partners to deliver the marketing strategy.Support the Brand team to execute their strategy by assisting with stakeholder liaison, meeting planning, scheduling, timelines, reporting and logistics.Maintain knowledge of the wider ADF and service current and future recruitment targets, presenting opportunities for ADF to leverage, where appropriate.Support the continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies across the Brand team.Develop, manage, and maintain a high service client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the ADF Careers Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.About youOur ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with a minimum of three years’ experience working in a similar role within the marketing or advertising industry.Your background will demonstrate:Experience in marketing campaign and project management.Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral.A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team.Strong administrative support skills and willingness to use new platforms.Strong attention to detail and follow through with the ability to exercise initiative.To apply for this position, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to maintain an Australian AGSVA security clearance.How to applyIf eligible, please submit your resume; applications are open to all qualified Australian citizens regardless of their background, identity, experiences and beliefs.If you need assistance during our recruitment process, please email our friendly TA team at DFRHRTalentAcquisition@adecco.com.au for a confidential conversation.To apply for this position, please submit your application online through our designated platform.
