* Support the development of audit plans and assess internal controls to address compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risks.
* Advise clients on understanding and managing business risks, validating critical business information, and staying informed on emerging trends.
* Build strong client relationships by meeting service expectations and contributing positively to team discussions.
Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated professional with 3-5 years of experience in risk transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, project management, accounting, or a related discipline. Professional certifications, such as CA, CIA, PRINCE2, P3M3, or other project assurance, governance, or risk-related accreditations, are highly regarded.
* Prior experience in risk management, internal audit, risk transformation, policy review, or program/project management is essential.
* Strong report writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations are required.
