About the Role: Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager, your responsibilities as a Porter / Concierge include: Being the first point of contact and greeting our guests with a warm welcome every time. Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously. Share your knowledge and passion for Melbourne. Be the face of our hotel showing pride with each interaction. Welcome our guests and make them feel special. Assist guests with general enquiries and luggage requests. Valet parking of cars. General Porter duties as required.
