We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Forklift Operator to join our Treatment Day Shift team for a fixed term period.
Your Next Role
As a Treatment Process Operator, you will be supported with training on the operation of various parts of our business and be shown our processes and procedures to create a high-quality timber product.
* All our people go home in the same condition they came to work; safety before production.
* Our internal customers' needs are met each and every time.
* Improve the functionality and performance of the manufacturing facility, within your limits.
* Troubleshoot any problems with the faciality's equipment and instruments to maintain safe operation.
* Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout the area of responsibility using pro-active practices.
* Use technology within the operational area to its optimum potential to achieve production levels that meet and exceed business requirements.
About You
* Demonstrated experience in service delivery, planning and customer relations.
* Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously is essential.
* A desire to learn and a high level of enthusiasm to develop new skills.
* Self‐motivated and keen to provide new solutions and ideas that improve our operations.
* A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
* Forklift Ticket and experience required.
