**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The National Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and acting as the primary contact between the customer and company.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Identify supply chain optimisation opportunities with customers
- Identify opportunities to enhance business and support with business growth
- Develop, implement, monitor and maintain the company's account management system
- Update and maintain relevant customer communications and the customer database
- Management of customer accounts
- Educate customers on all services offered including contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, eCommerce fulfillment, One Network and wharf cartage
- Conduct regular quarterly business reviews and face to face meetings with all assigned customers

**ESSENTIAL**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, marketing and / or business development within Supply Chain
- Experience within Account / Customer management
- Experience in providing end-to-end supply chain solutions within a 3PL environment
- Extensive knowledge / exposure to 3PL services
- Experience and working knowledge working in eCommerce Fulfillment and logistics
- Understanding of industry trends and customers in eCommerce industries
**HIGHLY DESIRABLE**:
- A tertiary qualification in a related field
