We are seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join ongoing and upcoming projects across the Southwest and Peel regions of Western Australia.
These roles suit operators with strong civil construction experience who value safety, consistency, and well-managed worksites.

* Grader Operators

* Excavator Operators
* Dump Truck
Key Responsibilities
* Safe and efficient operation of civil plant and equipment
* Bulk and detailed earthworks, trimming and final trim (role dependent)
* Daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance
* Adherence to site safety, environmental, and quality requirements
* Effective communication with supervisors and site crews
Essential Requirements
* Demonstrated civil plant operating experience
* Current Driver's License
* Construction White Card
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
* Strong safety focus and reliability
