EO Site Operations Manager Role
This position oversees the day-to-day activities of our Explosive Ordnance (EO) Services Site in the Northern Territory.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, including foreign and domestic partners.
You will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, maintenance, and distribution of EO systems across Australia.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams. They must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and implementing local procedures for EO operations in the NT region.
2. Coordinating stocktake activities, cloud transport movements, and inventory tasks.
3. Preparing and submitting relevant reports and documentation.
4. Managing recruitment and development of staff.
5. Ensuring adherence to dedicated stocking and resupply programs for EO items.
