About the Role
Lincoln Sentry is seeking a Warehouse Sales Assistant to join our Coffs Harbour, NSW branch. If you're passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
In this hands-on role, you'll be the friendly face of our store—helping customers, supporting warehouse operations, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.
Responsibilities
* General warehousing duties – picking & packing orders, inventory controls
* Customer deliveries
* Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products and systems
* Positive attitude and ability to engage in conversations that develop the branch

Skills & Experience
* Intermediate computer skills – SAP is advantageous
* Prior experience in a trade retail or warehouse
* Current Driver's license & Forklift license
* Knowledge of the cabinetry, fabrication or hardware market will be highly regarded
* Excellent communications skills with a natural ability to build rapport with customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced busy warehouse environment
* A good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kgs occasionally
