About This Role
Manage daily on-site operations of custom residential construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain strict quality control standards and compliance with project specifications.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
Liaise with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Requirements
Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder License (mandatory).
Proven experience supervising custom or luxury residential buildings.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Queensland.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
