Cloud Cartel Australia PTY LTD – Subiaco WA. Cloud Cartel is a full-service digital agency based in Subiaco. We partner with businesses across Western Australia to deliver branding, websites, digital marketing and creative campaigns that drive growth. Our team works across a wide variety of industries including hospitality, retail, professional services and corporate brands. We simplify the digital landscape for our clients by combining strong design, smart strategy and practical execution. We're currently looking for a Graphic & Digital Designer to join our team, working across graphic design, branding, websites and marketing creative.
The Role
This is a mid-level design role suited to someone with around 2-3 years of experience, ideally within an agency environment. You'll work across a wide mix of projects and collaborate closely with our design, marketing and web teams to deliver creative that looks great and performs well.
What You'll Be Working On
You'll contribute across a wide variety of design work including:
* Designing brand identities and applying them consistently across digital and print assets
* Creating website designs grounded in strong UX and UI principles
* Designing marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, presentations and branded templates
* Producing graphic assets for digital campaigns, paid ads and social media
* Preparing production-ready artwork for both print and digital applications
* Creating visual content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
* Supporting the development of brand systems and style guides
* Collaborating with designers, marketers and developers to deliver projects from concept through to final delivery
Are You the Designer We're Looking For?
We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-focused and comfortable working across a range of design disciplines.
You should have:
* 2-3 years of design experience (agency experience highly regarded)
* A strong portfolio across branding and web design
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Experience working with Figma (or willingness to learn quickly)
* A solid understanding of design for digital and print
* Good knowledge of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
* Basic UI/UX principles for website design
* Experience designing assets for social media and digital campaigns
* Strong time management and communication skills
* A proactive and positive attitude toward your work and team
Skills That Will Set You Apart
While not essential, the following skills would be a strong advantage:
* Experience with WordPress or Elementor
* Basic HTML / CSS knowledge
* Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
* Photography or content creation skills
* A general understanding of digital marketing
