About the role
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, the CAD Operator plays a vital role in bringing projects to life through detailed and accurate drawings.
Key responsibilities include:
* Producing plans and detailed drawings using CAD software
* Interpreting technical information and workshop requirements
* Following complex instructions and modifying drawings as required
* Researching technical issues and contributing to practical solutions
* Working closely with the workshop team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
About you
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in joinery or is currently completing (or interested in starting) a relevant trade or design qualification
* Has CAD experience or a strong interest and willingness to be trained
* Has strong attention to detail
* Enjoys problem solving and technical thinking
* Communicates well and works effectively in a team
* Is motivated to build a long-term career in the industry
