About the role
Lighthouse Installations Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team in Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. We welcome applicants of all ages including anyone who is semi retired.
What you'll be doing
1. Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
2. Providing customer service support, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
3. Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
4. Maintaining and updating office records and databases
5. Providing general office support to the team as needed
What we're looking for
1. Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
7. 25-30 hours per week - hours are flexible
