About The Role
This role is a key component of our Communications and Engagement section, where we work collaboratively across the organization to champion our purpose of growth and deliver the Corporate Plan in consultation with the community.
We're seeking a talented professional to work in partnership with internal stakeholders to formulate innovative strategies to engage and involve members of the community, ensuring a consistent and recognizable brand and messaging.
* Develop and implement effective communication and engagement plans for various Council campaigns, events, projects, and initiatives.
* Provide tactical advice on communication outcomes for organizational initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Communications and/or a related field or equivalent experience.
* Superior writing skills, particularly in producing communication plans and materials.
* The ability to translate complex information for various audiences using different communication tools and channels.
