Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Liverpool, North west.
Salary / Benefits: £22k – £35k + Training + Benefits

Profile
Future Select specialise in recruitment within the asbestos / environmental industry across the UK, our client who is a leading name within the asbestos / environmental industry are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to undertake surveying and non‐air testing works across industrial, commercial, educational and leisure sites. The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification, and will have extensive experience within the asbestos industry.
Applications will be considered from: Birkenhead, St Helens, Warrington, Wigan, Leigh, Bootle, Chester, Bolton, Bury, Chorley, Manchester, Stockport, Bury, Rochdale.
Qualifications
* Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
* Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
* Will ideally have extensive experience within the asbestos industry.
* Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out 4‐stage clearances: smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re‐occupation and personal air testing.
* Undertaking management, demolition and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
* Using information from the site to produce detailed reports for clients.
* Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
