Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this essential role, you will ideally meet one of the following:
* Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander with relevant experience.
* Hold a Certificate IV in Disability Services, Community Services, Individual Support, or equivalent.
The Role & What\'s On Offer
You will be supporting clients with personal care, daily living skills, and planning social appointments/activities in the Queanbeyan-Palerang community.
* Competitive Pay: $34.58 - $37.73 per hour + loadings (SCHADS Award) + 12% Super.

About You
You must possess the following current credentials and availability.
* Current NSW Driver's Licence (willingness to drive locally).
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Paid WWCC and NDISWC.
* Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
* Availability to work a 24/7 roster.
