Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Upsell and cross-sell products to customers
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
