About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Safety & Quality Advisor to provide practical, risk-based advice and operational support across our corporate and host employer environments.
This is an advisory role focused on enabling strong safety and quality outcomes through guidance, training, compliance support, system maintenance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal teams and host employers to support capability and compliance, without direct people management responsibilities.
About You
You are a collaborative and pragmatic safety professional who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and environments. You are confident providing advice, influencing outcomes, and supporting continuous improvement in a commercial setting.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety, Quality, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in safety, quality, personal injury management, or compliance advisory roles. Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and quality systems (ISO9001) Strong organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and data management capability Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear advice and recommendations. Full unrestricted driver’s licence. Ability to travel intra-state on a regular basis. Desirable:
ICAM qualification and/or experience undertaking investigations Experience conducting internal audits or compliance reviews.
