As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and operational excellence within our stores. You will be responsible for leading from the front, recruiting and retaining top talent, coaching and motivating your team, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Reinforce the customer-centric nature of our business by providing an exceptional people experience
2. Lead the store team to deliver on performance objectives with respect to sales, people, audit and compliance, visual merchandising, wages, and safety
3. Contribute to all aspects of store operations; managing and leading the store team, ensuring our stores are open and ready for trade, managing stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales
4. Work with your Store Manager to manage wages to achieve profitability and operational efficiencies
5. Analyse and interpret store sales conversion and customer engagement measures
6. Demonstrate effective leadership, ensuring that all store team members receive the required feedback, support, and training
Requirements:
1. Experience in a customer-service based management role; a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment is highly regarded
2. Demonstrated experience driving sales and operations to meet targets and metrics
3. Strong communication and team management skills
4. An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations
