Regional Operations Manager – South East Queensland
Senior Leadership | Disability & NDIS Services | Brisbane / Southern Sunshine Coast
Are you an exceptional operational leader ready to lift performance at scale - while staying grounded in people, purpose, and the outcomes that matter most?
We're seeking a Regional Operations Manager – South East Queensland to lead a large, diverse portfolio of managers delivering high-quality, person-centred disability supports. This is a senior leadership role for someone with strong executive thinking capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead through collaboration, clarity, and respect.
This role sits at the heart of our organisation. Translating strategy into action, strengthening service delivery, and ensuring NDIS participants experience supports that are personalised, sustainable, compliant and aligned with the values of CSBS.
What you'll do
In this role, you'll lead the region to deliver exceptional outcomes across:
· Practice leadership - leading service delivery that is person‑centred, compliant, and aligned with evidence‑based disability support practices.
· Performance & growth – translating strategy into action and building a strong, sustainable operational footprint
· People & culture – leading leaders, coaching capability, building trust, and strengthening accountability
· Quality & compliance – embedding safe practice, reducing risk, and ensuring NDIS-aligned service delivery
· Financial sustainability – driving smart decisions that protect participant outcomes and business viability
· Stakeholder leadership – partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
You'll work closely with Executive leadership and collaborate with a Victorian counterpart to support strong, consistent practice and performance across states.
What we're looking for
You are calm, confident, and commercially astute. Someone who can lead complexity and deliver results through others, without losing the 'human' in human services.
You bring:
· Proven experience leading a large operational portfolio (ideally in disability or human services)
· Strong executive-level leadership capability and operational discipline
· A sound understanding of NDIS operations, quality, and compliance requirements
· A track record of building high-performing, values-driven teams through respectful leadership
· Strong financial and workforce oversight capability
· High-level communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
Why join us?
· Lead meaningful work that genuinely improves lives
· Operate with autonomy, influence, and executive partnership
· Join a values-driven organisation committed to excellence and growth
· Shape a region and build a leadership legacy
· Access ongoing training and development - we invest in leaders who invest in others
· Support your wellbeing with WESS (confidential professional support) and Fitness Passport (for you and your family)
We're looking for a leader who can bring clarity and accountability, while building a culture where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to perform at their best.
This role is demanding and deeply meaningful. Remuneration reflects responsibility. The ideal candidate is someone who sees this as a calling as much as a career move.
Apply now if you're ready to lead at scale and deliver impact where it matters most.
