Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth: Develop profitable sales growth across existing customer base by understanding customer needs, competitor activity, and market insights.
* Customer Retention: Proactively manage customer retention and reduce churn through proactive communication and relationship building.
* New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working collaboratively with the ASM and BDM to convert and onboard them.
* Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and insights to develop proactive approaches to reactivation of lapsed customers and actively manage risk within the customer base.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in a structured sales or telesales environment is essential.
