Primary Objective
Become a cohesive member of our Broiler service team to oversee all contracted and Hazeldene Broiler farms.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for the detailed and diligent servicing of Hazeldene's broiler farm network.
* Undertake continued appraisal of broiler farms to ensure optimal performance, providing written reports and recommendations, and implementing corrective actions.
* Follow and implement all company policies and procedures regarding animal welfare, WHS, environmental and biosecurity.
* Liaise with other farming sections including the Hatchery, Processing and Programming divisions.
* Maintain confidentiality regarding the business of Hazeldene's Chicken Farm Pty Ltd.
Essential Skills
* Previous experience in livestock management, particularly poultry, with a sound commitment to animal welfare.
* Current driver's licence.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong leadership skills including conflict resolution and problem solving.
* Knowledge of Quality Systems, WHSE procedures, and an understanding of how day‐to‐day activities affect animal welfare, biosecurity and the environment.

Due to bio‐security reasons, candidates are not permitted to have any form of pigs, poultry or birds at their place of residence.
Eligibility
Applicants must have legal right to work full‐time in Australia without restrictions.
