Production Engineering Lead

This role requires relevant engineering qualification with direct shipbuilding experience. A minimum of 3+ years' experience in front-line management and supervisory roles is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years Shipbuilding design experience.
Understanding of ship construction disciplines and processes is essential. Estimating and financial management experience are also necessary.
