Maximise Regional Sales

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximising profit within their designated region.


Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve budgeted targets.
2. Maintain and improve relationships with key customers and distributor networks to support sales growth.
3. Provide market and competitor feedback by regularly updating the Salesforce database and reporting insights to senior management.
4. Manage regional operating expenses, including travel, communication, and promotional activities.
5. Provide timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts and contribute to the budgeting process.


Candidate Attributes

* A rural background, demonstrating an understanding of the unique needs of rural customers is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with wire products, their processes, and industry standards would be a significant advantage.
* A passion for achieving targets and personal development is essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations are required.
* A resourceful approach to identifying and resolving challenges is necessary.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically and plan for success is crucial.
