Richglen are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our dedicated maintenance team on a major long-term contract in the Blackwater region.
Role: Mechanical Supervisor – 7/7 RosterLocation: Blackwater, QLDEmployment Type: Permanent 12-month contractPay Rate: Competitive Rate
This 12-month role, with potential for a further 12-month extension, offers:
* 7/7 roster (Thursday to Wednesday – rotating day/night shifts)
* 12.5-hour shifts
* Field maintenance on draglines
* Crew of 6: 1 Supervisor, 2 Fitters, 2 Electricians, 1 Boilermaker
* Meals and accommodation provided
* Daily camp-to-site travel allowance
* RMS vehicle supplied
* 5 weeks annual leave

What You'll Need:
* Proven experience with dragline maintenance – essential
* Mechanical trade qualification
* Supervisory or leading hand experience
* Current Coal Board Medical
* Current Standard 11
* Strong leadership skills and a safety‐first mindset
