We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Aged Care Liaison Specialist to join our team.
About the Role
As a Senior Aged Care Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with hospital discharge planners, placement officers, and other referral partners to streamline access to care.
You will also be required to:
* Be the primary contact for prospective residents and their families, handling all aged care enquiries with empathy and efficiency.
* Offer personalised advice on residential care options, financial arrangements, and what to expect at every stage of the journey.
* Manage all pre-admission processes and documentation, working closely with our Finance and Clinical teams to meet compliance and care standards.
* Coordinate site tours, explain agreements, and ensure residents and families are well-prepared before admission.
* Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless and supported transition into care.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised qualification in Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, with proven ability to engage clients and convert leads into lasting relationships.
* Demonstrated experience working within a client-focused environment, ideally with knowledge of aged care, health services, or a similar sector.
* Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to liaise with internal teams and external referrers.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply and compassionately.
* A proactive approach, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
