Job Title: Junior Primary Co-ordinator
This pivotal role encompasses the management, guidance, and development of staff and students from Kindergarten to Year 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and oversight of staff within the primary school (Years K-2)
* Development of strategic plans with a focus on junior primary years, in collaboration with senior leadership team members
* Oversight of curriculum, teaching, and learning initiatives for junior primary years
* Pastoral care of staff (Years K-2), including appraisal processes
* Oversight of student wellbeing and behaviour education processes
Requirements:
* Qualified teacher holding current registration or eligibility for registration with relevant state board
* Qualified Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma
* Current driver's licence
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
