Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for invoicing, liaising with clients, booking accommodation and being part of a fun energetic team. Your work will primarily be located at our Parkhurst branch QLD. As a Mining Key account coordinator, you will report to the Operations Manager for training and compliance and maintaining accurate documentation within Uptick. Mobile phone and laptop will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
· Processing of service reports, invoicing, customer interaction and keeping an accurate record of asset information
· Coordinate with the technicians and ensure all relevant reports, checklist and forms are completed and retained with system
· Compile and keep up to date customer/site required documents for all personnel and coordinate mobilisation.

Candidate Profile:
* Possession of a valid Driver's License is mandatory.
* Successful clearance of a Police background check.
* Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
* Adaptability to accommodate customer requirements, adhere to procedures, and comply with safety protocols.
* A positive attitude and high attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
· Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
· Must have the legal right to live and work in Australia.
