Network Planning Coordinator
The Network Planning Coordinator plays a vital role in managing operational risks and capacity challenges across the global network.
1. Coordinate with Network Operations and Engineering to track and follow up on known network risks and capacity challenges.
2. Engage with vendors to support the resolution of operational issues and escalate where necessary in partnership with Procurement Officers.
3. Maintain and manage the Network Risk Management board, ensuring items are up-to-date and aligned across teams.
4. Support the planning and coordination of hardware and licensing renewals, and upgrades with vendors.
5. Monitor vendor delivery timelines and raise risks or delays with the relevant internal stakeholders.
6. Assist in collecting information and context to support network capacity assessments or planning decisions.
7. Contribute to reporting on operational risks, vendor escalations, and network capacity tracking.
8. Participate in regular team meetings and provide cross-functional support across Strategy, Procurement, and Operations.
This role provides a strong foundation for future growth within the network strategy team or related functions such as procurement, operations engineering, or network commercial management.

Requirements:
* 1–2 years' experience in telecommunications, IT operations, or vendor support (or a relevant graduate background with internship/work experience).
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders.
* Understanding of hardware lifecycle management, licensing processes, or vendor service delivery is desirable.
* Experience using project management tools is essential.
* Clear and confident communication skills with a collaborative working style.
* Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of following through independently.
* Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, global network environment.
