Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team as a Senior Procurement Specialist. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and governance skills to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also lead the creation of compliance reporting, including data collation, report development, and proactive tracking of audit and risk actions.
In addition, the Senior Procurement Specialist will cultivate and manage partnerships with internal stakeholders to promote adoption of procurement governance and processes, enhancing performance and collaboration. They will also develop and implement a robust procurement internal assurance audit program.
The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement and a passion for governance and compliance. They will be proactive, adaptive, and resilient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, Australia, with flexibility for working from home.
