Salary: $86,601 - $124,725 per annum + 12.75% Super (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging English and Humanities lessons that meet curriculum standards, differentiate for diverse learners and foster a positive classroom environment.
* Create a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner‐centred, supportive, cooperative and aligned with relevant curriculum policies and practices.
* Collaboratively develop and implement quality curriculum programmes and appropriate pedagogy; evaluate their effectiveness, assess and report student progress and learning outcomes; and report these to students, parents and the community.
* Work collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive school culture.
* Proactively engage with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes.
* Establish positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and support their spiritual and moral development.
* Ensure that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching.

* Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
