Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This exciting opportunity offers a range of excellent benefits and the chance to drive exceptional guest experiences.


About the Role:

* Lead and support the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a warm welcome for all guests.
* Serve as a role model, sharing expertise and motivating the team to achieve high standards of service.
* Oversee daily tasks, ensuring they are executed accurately and on time.
* Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, providing a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
* Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.


Requirements:

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within an office environment, demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Extensive background in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of duties.
* Impeccable professional presentation, reflecting high standards.
* Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to varying schedules, as required by operational needs.
