We are offering an opportunity to take on a Major Account Manager role within our Service Delivery team on a 9-month secondment. This opportunity will require relocation to Perth for the duration of this secondment, with financial support provided to ensure a smooth transition. As a Major Account Manager, you will be required to:
* Build strong long lasting multi-level relationships with Enterprise customers
* Contact customers on a regular basis to ensure clarity on projects and timeline
* Provide operational assistance with an onsite presence
* Provide continuous improvement from a business perspective and demonstrate understanding of our customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy
* Deliver a no better experience resulting in the ongoing improvement of our NPS results
* Focus on delivering the best logistics experience at all aspects of the supply chain resulting in the retention and extension of accounts
* Provide insightful and value add reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiencies
Experience required:
* Previous experience in an Account Management role
* Strong process focus, specifically in relationship management
* Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business
* Proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
* Able to quickly navigate complex logistics scenarios and find the best solution
* Relentless passion for providing a no better customer experience
* A solution focused orientation
