You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process with jobs ready for you to fill from commencement. Horner will provide you with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in this position, whilst offering an attractive salary package and bonus structure. **Your skills and experience**:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
- Previous experience recrutiing white collar or office based roles advantageous
- Drive and determination to succeed
- Ability to prioritise and assess workflow and critical tasks, to ensure clients' needs are met
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience maintaining a CRM or HRIS (FastTrack exposure highly regarded)
**What you need to do now**:
