Senior Analyst, Conduct Risk

As part of the Compliance division of Macquarie's Risk Management Group, the Conduct Risk team assists Macquarie businesses to determine the soundness, and enable the alignment, of both employee and firm conduct to drive good risk outcomes throughout Macquarie Group Limited. Within this team, you will support administering the Macquarie-wide Conduct Risk Framework.

Responsibility

* Assist business stakeholders with the application of Macquarie's Conduct Risk Management Framework, including reviewing and challenging behavioural root causes when risk incidents or issues arise.
* Analyse data to provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders and management, informing decision‐making and risk mitigation strategies.
* Support projects and initiatives designed to strengthen Macquarie's conduct risk management practices.
* Draft communications for key stakeholder groups, develop and administer training programs, and carry out control activities to bolster conduct risk assurance across the organisation.

Qualifications

* Experience in risk management operations or within financial services.
* Exposure to risk management, controls, and compliance.
* Proven ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desired.

Our Risk Management Group works as an independent, centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. We are a global team that aims to manage the risks of today and anticipate the risks of tomorrow. Our divisions include compliance, credit, financial crime risk, market risk, operational risk, aggregate risk and prudential, and central.
