As the Retention Marketing Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, implementing and assessing the impact of initiatives with the objective of improving member experience, satisfaction and tenure.
Using an agile workflow and working with internal technical experts to develop and expand the personalisation of the member experience, powered by our next best action framework. This is aligned to the broader strategic ambition to grow the core of our health insurance business, while expanding into new markets, products and services under our Payer to Partner strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the overarching roadmap, initiatives, and performance outcomes against the Onboarding and Member Value targets- Develop and expand personalisation capability through Next Best Action use cases- Work with external suppliers to identify strategic opportunities and develop solutions to strategic initiatives- Breakdown strategic initiatives from the journey roadmap into internal action plans- Develop tactical campaigns to meet short term objectives and opportunities aligned with the Onboarding and Member Value journeys- Regularly conduct root cause analysis and reporting

Essential to the success of this role, you will have strong stakeholder management experience, with strong influencing and communication skills to assist you in working with both internal and external resources and suppliers to identify opportunities, design solutions, schedule development resources using commercial analysis and prioritisation.
You will be data-driven, passionate about member satisfaction and creating best in class solutions, while balancing the need for sustainable business outcomes. This role is supported by a Retention Marketing Coordinator, creating the opportunity to develop your people management skills.
