About the Role
This role involves owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting and demos through to signed deals and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outbound, discovery, demos, proposals, closing.
* Manage a clean and active pipeline in our CRM.
* Hit and exceed revenue targets.
* Work inbound leads as needed, but build your own pipeline via outbound.
* Expand accounts post-sale (farming / upsell opportunities).
* Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, etc. to manage outreach and follow-up.
* Provide feedback on what's working and what's not.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS (any industry accepted) – someone who has worked for a construction software vendor for more than 1 year would have an advantage.
* Comfortable with cold outbound and high-volume activity.
* Proven ability to hit and exceed quota whilst self managing.
* Experience working deals in the $50K–$250K ARR range.
* You're energetic, determined to win, and proactive.
* Strong communicator – you know how to qualify and close.
