Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer/distributor requests for product and pricing information, stock availability and samples
- Attend to ad-hoc customer deliveries and collection of customer payments, on request
- Coordinate meetings for customers, distributors and internal sales representatives
- Assist with set-up of trade shows and cooking demonstrations (Events)
- Assist with arranging travel, transport and itineraries for Managing Director for interstate or international trade shows and customer and/or supplier visits
Your profile will demonstrate:
- Customer service, administrative or sales support is experience essential.
- FMCG, or Food Retail, Distribution or Manufacturing industry experience is desirable.
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM Systems and Microsoft suite.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
