Are you an organised, detail-focused professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join our award-winning team in Belconnen.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who is looking for a stable, long-term role within a supportive and professional real estate office.

This is an in-office position based in Belconnen, offered on either a part-time or full-time basis depending on the successful candidate.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a capable and highly organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy real estate office.

Working closely with our Sales, Property Management and Accounts teams, you will play an important role in maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the business.

The position is primarily administration-focused, with the opportunity to assist in accounts and Property Management processes. Training will be provided, and the scope of the role can be adapted to suit the strengths and experience of the successful applicant.

Your Role and Responsibilities Include:

* Providing general office administration support across the business

* Accurate data entry and maintaining organised records and files

* Preparing and processing documentation and compliance materials

* Assisting the Sales and Property Management teams with administrative tasks

* Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable

* Supporting bank reconciliations in Xero

* Assisting with payroll processing and record keeping

* Supporting general bookkeeping and financial administration tasks

* Assisting with rental and trust administration processes

* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all tasks

Whom We Are Looking For:

* A reliable, organised and detail-oriented individual

* Previous administration and/or data entry experience would be preferable

* Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Professional communication and presentation

* A positive team player with a strong work ethic

* Experience in Xero or trust accounting is advantageous but not essential
