About The Role:
We are seeking a Valet to join our new Southport team. This hands‑on, customer‑focused role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys working with people, and understands the importance of delivering a premium experience to our valued clients that aligns with the luxury brand in which we represent.
As a Valet, you will be responsible for the smooth, safe, and professional movement of vehicles throughout the dealership, supporting both Sales and Service teams. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer’s first and last impression reflects the luxury of the Mercedes‑Benz brand.
In this role you will:
* Greet customers warmly and provide a premium handover and collection experience
* Safely move, park, and position vehicles throughout the dealership, workshop, and display areas
* Assist with vehicle staging for showroom presentation and customer deliveries
* Support the sales and service teams with vehicle check‑ins, courtesy car preparation, and customer flow
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the valet, parking, and delivery areas
* Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any issues to the relevant department
* Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and presented to Mercedes‑Benz standards
* Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to meet deadlines and maintain smooth operations
To be successful you will have:
* Previous experience in a valet or customer‑facing automotive role (preferred but not essential)
* A strong sense of responsibility and pride in presentation
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* A valid driver’s licence
* Confidence driving a wide range of vehicles
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
