Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Supplier Management Expert to join our team in a key role that involves managing the entire supplier lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and negotiating supplier credit terms and conditions, assessing and validating requests to add new suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and processes.
The successful applicant will possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong understanding of financial and operational risk management principles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Conduct thorough evaluations of supplier proposals and negotiate optimal agreements
- Oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers, including setup and training
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date supplier information is maintained across all relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with supplier partnerships
