Responsibilities
* Time sheet entry and review against roster data
* Assist with preparing and maintaining project documentation – Document Control
* Procurement
* Purchase Orders
* Variations, Worksheets and Costs Tracking
* Support Project Managers and Supervisors with reporting
* Sub‑Contractor daily time sheets
* Arrange Flights and Accommodation
* Client Systems
* Other duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
* High level written and excellent interpersonal skills
