Responsibilities
* Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, and face-to-face engagement
* Develop relationships with decision-makers across target industries
* Promote a broad range of workplace service solutions in a consultative sales style
* Attend meetings, site visits, and industry events to uncover business opportunities
* Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets with support from an experienced team
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking using CRM software
Skills & Experience
* Background in outbound B2B sales, ideally within service-based or solution-selling environments
* Comfortable managing a field-based role with regular client interactions
* Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities
* Organised, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
* Confident using digital tools such as CRMs and Microsoft Office
* Full, unrestricted Australian driver’s license
* Tertiary qualifications are an advantage but not essential
